I've spent hours calling different companies trying to schedule a specific service for my home. The companies I called who didn't perform this service simply sent me on my way with a "good luck!" I called Jet Drain based on their good reviews. When I found out that they didnt perform the service I needed, I was prepared for them to just hang up.
However the owner who answered my call spent a good amount of time providing names and numbers of companies that would be able to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I wasn't his customer, but he took time out of his day to help and he was kind and friendly while doing so.
